Similar to what he's been doing, Harper's primary focus will be to broaden the Colliers presence Downtown and maintain and develop institutional and local client relationships. He also will serve as a liaison between the San Francisco and San Mateo offices and will maintain his current relationships and leasing assignments.

Harper began his real estate career in San Francisco in 1991 with Canadian-based Knowlton Realty. "Scott's energy, understanding of the office business and reputation within the industry, made him an ideal fit for this job," said Rob Aigner, executive managing director of Colliers International. "His leadership and contagious enthusiasm make him a valuable member of the Colliers management team."

Bert Damner is senior vice-president for Colliers/SF and interim managing director. Damner is a former owner and senior VP of Damner Pike, which was acquired by Colliers in 1998.
