The Costa Mesa-based developer has paid $19.3 million for the retail complex. Encompassing 197,306 sf, it is anchored by Food 4 Less, Factory 2-U, 24 Hour Fitness and Cinemark Movies 10. Henry Avila will manage the Cathedral City Marketplace, which is currently 100% leased. The property is located at the southwest corner of Date Palm Drive and Dinah Shore Drive.

Alan Krueger of the Ontario office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. acted on behalf of Donahue Schriber. He also represented the seller, Westrust of Calabasas Hills.

Aside from the recently acquired Cathedral City Marketplace, Donahue Schriber's Riverside County portfolio also includes Hemet Valley Mall, which the developer owns, and Victor Valley Town Center, which the firm manages.
