Seagate Sells Interest in Strawberry Village

SAN RAFAEL, CA-The Regents of the University of California now hold complete ownership of Mill Valley's Strawberry Village, after Seagate Property sold its minority interest.

SAN RAFAEL, CA-Seagate Properties, Inc. has sold its minority interest in the Strawberry Village Shopping Center to the Regents of the University of California, which now holds all of the ownership in the property.

Strawberry Village Shopping Center, a 154,000-sf property, is located along Highway 101 in Mill Valley. Most of its 60 shops are occupied, with tenants including Safeway, Gymboree, Starbucks and Wolf Camera.
