Cam McCausland and Len Tosto of Colliers International of Bingham Farms, MIrepresented the owner of the Ann Arbor property in the multi-year lease valued at more than $1.6 million. Plante Moran CRESA represented the tenant.
Meanwhile, the sale of the Madison Heights property gave C. Lane Mally Trustee $1.9 million. The buyer plans to convert the property into a multi-story mini-storage facility for the building. Ralph Steinbrink of Colliers represented the seller.
