2 Deals Top $3M in Detroit Suburbs

DETROIT-A lease in the Avis Farms Research & Business Park worth $1.6 million and a $1.9-million sale in two separate submarkets are handled by the local arm of Colliers International.

DETROIT-Two deals, one a lease of high-tech space and one a purchase of a manufacturing facility, were completed in March in the Southeast Michigan Area. In Ann Arbor, Fry Multimedia leased 24,269 sf of high-tech space at 650 Avis Dr. in Ann Arbor’s Avis Farms Research & Business Park while Michigan Storage Center LLC purchased a 46,250-sf manufacturing building at 1020 W. 13 Mile in Madison Heights.

Cam McCausland and Len Tosto of Colliers International of Bingham Farms, MIrepresented the owner of the Ann Arbor property in the multi-year lease valued at more than $1.6 million. Plante Moran CRESA represented the tenant.
