The project is being built by Peak Properties and Development Corp. of Boulder.
The site was purchased from the Golden Civic Foundation, whose mission is to promote community development within the city. The Golden Urban Renewal Authority has also agreed to provide tax increment financing assistance for the project.
The construction loan is being provided by Citywide Banks of Denver.
Charlie Webb, vice president and senior producer of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing for the borrower, Clear Creek Commons, LLP, a Colorado limited liability partnership.
