The largest project will be Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., a 1.3-mfs open-air super regional lifestyle and retail center planned to open in 2004. The project will offer a mixture of regional and neighborhood serving retail stores, restaurants, cafes, lifestyle and entertainment uses including bookstores, professional offices, housing, civic and cultural uses in a downtown setting.

Eastvale Gateway will be the second largest project at more than 800,000 sf and will offer a combination of neighborhood, community and entertainment elements. This project is situated on the heavily traveled I-15 Freeway at Limonite Ave. in Riverside County. The first phase scheduled to open in fall of 2003.

Another project is Summit Heights Gateway, a 260,000-sf soft goods community center anchored by an 86,000-sf Kohl's specialty department store and a 30,000-sf Marshalls. The sub-regional center, which is scheduled to open in spring of 2003, is located on the I-15 Freeway in North Fontana, Calif., a key intercept location between the High Desert and I-10 Freeway.

The Village at Ontario Center in Ontario, Calif., also will feature Kohl's specialty department store when it opens in spring of 2003. Encompassing 105,000 sf, the center is located directly across the street from the 2.1-million-sf Ontario Mills, one of southern California's most successful shopping centers.

Two other projects will be part of the Sierra Lakes master planned golf course community in North Fontana, Calif. Sierra Lakes Marketplace, a 300,000-sf power center to be anchored by a home improvement store and a general merchandiser is planned to open in fall 2003. Sierra Lakes Village, an 110,000-sf neighborhood center anchored by a grocer and drug store, is scheduled to open in summer of 2004. The planned community includes 2,100 residential units and an 18-hole Ted Robinson-designed championship golf course.
