The complex has been acquired by Seneca Partners of Costa Mesa. Located at 14092-14102 Ash St., the property contains 40 units.
Seneca Partners was represented by Jay Skenderian, Grant Hahn and Ken Morgan of the Newport Beach office of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group. The same brokerage team acted on behalf of the seller, Ash Street LP of Huntington Beach.
The deal follows on the heels of another Orange County multifamily transaction, involving a complex in Costa Mesa. Peter W. Evans, a private investor based in Huntington Beach, purchased the property for $1.4 million. The complex, known as Costa del Lido, stands at 2453 Orange Ave. It consists of 10 detached single-story homes, which all contain two-bedrooms, an enclosed single garage and a private yard.
