Home Office Signs Marsham Street PPP Agreement

LONDON-The Home Office has triggered one of the biggest central London office development by agreeing to relocate from Petty France to the former Environment Department site in nearby Marsham Street.

LONDON-The Home Office this week signed a £311 million ($450 million) contract to relocate from its existing site in Petty France, Westminster, to a new 500,000-sf building on the site of the existing Environment Department building in nearby Marsham Street, London SW1.

Under the terms pf the PPP (Public Private Partnership) contract, Annes Gate Property will construct the new headquarters for the Home office and HM Prison Service at 2 Marsham Street, and they will then occupy it for 29 years on a full-service contract including the provision of facility management and business support services.
