Oakbrook, IL-based Great Lakes REIT is designing a building to lease to the company, which would attach to the office building the mortgage group currently occupies, she says.
However, ABN may instead move to Florida, where the company already operates two divisions. The Michigan Economic Development Corp. is working with the company to come up with financial incentives to keep it in the Metropolitan Detroit area.
