The buildings are approximately the same size. They are located at 19914 Via Baron and 2035 Vista Bella Way. The properties, which were sold by the Stanton Investment Company of Los Angeles, were 100% leased at the time of sale. The price per square foot on the property averages out to around $45, which is considered to be within market value for a property of its age and location.
In Los Angeles County, First Industrial Realty holds 57 properties that together add up to 1,578,006 sf. Its Los Angeles headquarters is located at 330 Washington Blvd in Marina del Rey.
