Transport Company Renews at Rittiman East

SAN ANTONIO-A 10-year tenant holds on to its 36,750-sf spot in San Antonio's northeast submarket. CSI/Crown Inc. leases the site from the Utah Retirement System in a Grubb & Ellis and REOC Property Services-structured deal.

SAN ANTONIO-A longtime tenant renewed its lease for 36,750 sf in a business park in San Antonio’s northeast submarket.

CSI/Crown Inc. has been at the Rittiman East Business Park for about 10 years, according to its broker, Joe Carroll of Grubb & Ellis. He declined to disclose the length of the renewal.

Rittiman East offers 609,000 sf of manufacturing and distribution space at 5521 Business Park Dr. John Turcotte of REOC Property Services’ San Antonio office represented the building owner, the Utah Retirement System, in the transaction.
