Triska represented Gateway Business Park West developer, Ellis Partners, in the transaction, while Ned Wood, also of Colliers, represented American Precision.

Livermore Gateway Business Park West is an eight-building, 466,655-sf complex at the intersection of Vasco Road and Las Positas Road. American Precision purchased Buildings A and B, which total 54,000-sf. The company is moving its headquarters from the Peninsula to Livermore.
