Bertelsmann Services leased 165,141 sf at 29011 Commerce Center Dr., in the Valencia Commerce Center. The term of the lease is 5.5 years.
Bertelsmann Services was represented in the transaction by Tim Crissman of Crissman Commercial Real Estate Services. Sares-Regis Group was represented by Craig Peters and Doug Sonderegger of CB Richard Ellis.
This facility will be Bertelsmann Services' sixth expansion in the Valencia market since the early 1980s, according to Steve Fedde, vice president of operations and development in the Ventura office of the Sares-Regis Group, which developed and owns the project.
Bertelsmann AG of Germany is a worldwide provider of outsourced services to the health care, technology, publishing, training and travel industries.
