NJ Company Signs Lease Valued at $7M

CHESAPEAKE, VA-Pharmaceutical software and consulting firm Dendrite International of Morristown, NJ signs a long-term lease worth $7 million for nearly 50,000 sf at Liberty Executive Park.

CHESAPEAKE, VA-Morristown, NJ-based Dendrite International Inc. takes on more space in the Liberty Executive Park with the signing of a long-term lease on 49,870 sf valued at a little over $7 million. The deal represents the second full building the pharmaceutical software and consulting firm will occupy in what will ultimately be a five-building, 250,000-sf office park.

Liberty Executive is a project of Malvern, PA’s Liberty Property Trust and sits on 28.5 acres off Volvo Parkway in the city’s Greenbrier section. The Class A office property also includes a 3-acre lake, and a jogging trail. Garibaldi Group of Chatham, NJ negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant, and Richmond, VA’s Porter Realty Company participated in locating the appropriate property for Dendrite. Both Garibaldi and Porter are CORFAC International member firms.
