Brian Liverman, an associate in the industrial division of the Austin office of Trammell Crow Co., represented the property owner. He says the owner declines to be named. Travis Central Appraisal District records show the owner is a partnership, Crow Brown 2.
"We were able to secure a long-term renewal deal with an expansion into the entire building," Liverman said. "The tenant was a good credit tenant operating on a national level. The deal worked in favor of both parties." Moore has about 30 locations in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Louisiana.
