A five-story brick-and-glass complex, One Gateway opened in November and sat vacant for a few months, until COPT fulfilled its goal of having the building half leased before April. "With these two lease signings, we have secured two highly respected companies as the lead tenants for One Gateway Exchange," COPT president and COO Randall M. Griffin says of the deals. "These tenants reflect the quality of the building and demonstrate that the Howard County office market is rapidly moving towards recovery with increased leasing activity."
