LOS ANGELES, CA-Legacy Partners has sold the 241,292-sf Empire Lakes Corporate Center in Rancho Cucamonga for $22 million. The sale is the largest office property sale in the Inland Empire for the past two years.

Empire Lakes is located at 9500 Cleveland Ave. It is currently 99% leased to tenants including Aetna, ADP, CUNA, Continental DataGraphics (a Boeing subsidiary) and Southern California Edison. Michael Ross of Colliers Seeley’s Investment Services Group represented the seller, Legacy Partners, and the buyer, Empire Lakes LLC (an affiliate of Columbus Pacific Properties).
