"The activity for purchasing warehouses is beginning to pick up in Oakland," says Michael Barry of Colliers International, who handled both sides of the transaction. "In addition, it's a great example of rehabilitating an older, metal industrial warehouse into a higher and better use. It is something both residents and businesses alike will be able to use in the Coliseum area."
The warehouse is located near Interstate 880 via 66th Avenue and High Street and is minutes from the Oakland Airport and Port of Oakland. It is also located in an Enterprise Zone.
