While the terms of ETG's deal were unavailable at presstime, the structure at 2202 Lakeside Boulevard carries a current assessment value of $6 million. Two years ago, Northeastern Supply, Inc. signed a 10-year, $5.7 million lease for a similarly sized space in the building next door.
Designers and manufacturers of detection and protection systems, ETG abandoned its former home at 1400 Taylor Ave. in Baltimore County's Towson, MD to be in closer proximity to its clients in the defense and military industries. The building also allows for space to accommodate anticipated growth.
Lakeside Business Park was founded in 1995 and offers 132 acres of space to accommodate up to 1.5 million sf of office and industrial space.
