Distribution Center Completed for Food Companies

PLYMOUTH, MI-A 125,214-sf food and beverage center leased to McLane Foodservice, Inc.here will be the starting point for deliveries to fast-food franchise outlets in Indiana, Ohio and West Virginia.

PLYMOUTH, MI-DeMattia Group has completed construction of a 125,214-sf food-service distribution center. The company designed, leased and managed the construction efforts on this new project, which is fully leased to McLane Foodservice, Inc., a divisionof McLane Co. Inc.

McLane Foodservice Inc. will dispatch trucks six days a week delivering both food and non-food items to more than 1,000 restaurants. This new distribution center will serve Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell and Long John Silvers throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and West Virginia.
