A GlobeSt.com article, published April 22, about Praedium Group's sale of several San Antonio properties contained inaccurate information.
Praedium sold five properties (consisting of 14 separate buildings) to Sealy & Co. comprising 597,572 sf, not the nearly one million sf as stated in the article. Praedium did not sell its office building at 8415 Datapoint Dr. It also did not sell its property on Binz Engleman to Sealy, but instead to another party.
Praedium continues to own property in San Antonio and has not exited the market. The properties were sold because the assets had reached stabilization and maturity.
