The common denominator in the three sites are locations in anchored shopping centers, according to the brokers, with major road and highway access.
The Jackson location is a 20,102-sf free-standing building in the Airport Commons Center at I-94 and Airport Road. Tenants in the shopping center include Big K and Sam's Club.
A Super K anchors The Shops at Sterling Ponds on Van Dyke Road in Sterling Heights, where Staples has a 24,075-sf space.
The largest of the three locations is a 25,200-sf space across from Westland Mall.
