Michael G. Smith, a principal at Spaulding & Slye Colliers along with senior vice president Scott J. Jamieson, and assistant vice president F. Bruce Harlamert, represented the seller and introduced the buyer in the transaction.

The buildings, which are each single story multi tenant, are situated on 16.5 acres near Interstate 95 and Route 125. They are currently 100% occupied to tenants including DHL, North American Van Lines, Industrial Protection, and East Coast Cable.

In a released statement, Steve Binnie, vice president of Carlisle Capital Corporation, called the purchase a "strategic acquisition" for the company. Spaulding & Slye Colliers' Jamieson points out in the statement that Archon repositioned and stabilized these buildings during their ownership. Carlisle, he adds, "will benefit from the long-term investment fundamentals in a highly sought after market.
