IRVINGTON, VA-After six months, the 50 year-old Tides Inn opened its doors once again following a $12 million renovation project that now bills the property as a Leading Small Hotel of the World. The property’s new managing partners Sedona Resort Management took on the renovation project of the 106-room inn, which occupies a 480-acre parcel of land on the Chesapeake Bay.

“SRN is quite pleased with the way the renovation progressed,” Babs Harrison of the project’s public relation’s firm Sheila Donnelly & Associates tells GlobeSt.com. “The Inn closed in November and SRN used the six months to do a lot of behind-the-scenes work.”
