Jack Kruger, senior vice president in Grubb & Ellis' San Diego office, represented the lessee. Pat Rohan of Burnham Real Estate Services represented the lessor, Scripps Mission Valley Office Park, LLC.
Activity has been strong in the Mission Valley market of late. A commercial developer recently sold about 90 gross acres in Mission Valley to a residential builder in a deal valued at $50 million.
