Bright-Sasser Canton LLC of Chattanooga, TN sold Riverstone Plaza Shopping Center, which is 100% occupied by 49 tenants.

Major tenants include Belk's, with 60,103 sf, and Publix Supermarket, with 51,420 feet. Other large tenants include Ross (30,186 sf), a 21,306-foot Michael's and a 27,900-sf Goody's.

Built in 1998, the shopping center is located at the northeast corner of Georgia Highway 5 and Reinhard College Parkway.

Inland was represented in-house by president Barry Lazarus, while Pat Davis represented Bright-Sasser.

With this acquisition, Inland now owns about 7.7 million sf of retail space in the Southeast, more than 3.9 million of which is located in Georgia.
