Gonzaga Goes for Largest Fund-Raiser Ever

SPOKANE, WA-Gonzaga University launches a $119 million fund raising campaign to pay for the largest endowment and construction initiative in the university's 115-year history.

SPOKANE, WA-Gonazaga University has set a lofty goal of $119 million to help pay for endowment and construction initiatives, the likes of which the university has not seen since it opened 115 years ago.

The university says that more than $57 million of the $119 million goal would be used for facilities, while $48.7 million will be allocated for endowments to support mission, scholarships, faculty enrichment, and the Gonzaga-in-Florence study abroad program. Another $6 million would support programs and $7 million would go to the annual fund.
