The neighborhood retail and office center is located at the southwest corner of Mira Mesa Boulevard and Camino Santa Fe Road in San Diego. The seller was Plaza Sorrento LLC, with Christopher Coseo as managing member.

Phil Wise and Richard Lebert of Colliers International represented the seller. Frank Kosi in the Irvine office of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer.

The 97,916-sf shopping center, on 8.8 acres in the heart of Mira Mesa, is occupied primarily by retail tenants including Bally Total Fitness, Burger King, and Kentucky Fried Chicken, as well as several office users. The project is 96% leased.
