TOLD Hires Marketing Firm for Excelsior & Grand

ST. LOUIS PARK, MN-The Minneapolis firm will market the project's first phase, featuring 342 luxury multifamily rental units. TOLD Development Co.'s project also includes shops and restaurants.

ST. LOUIS PARK, MN-TOLD Development Co. has hired Fast Horse Inc., a Minneapolis-based consumer public relations agency, to help brand and market its Excelsior & Grand development. The first phase of the Excelsior & Grand project,which will open in November, will feature 342 luxury multifamily rental units, as well as retail shops and restaurants.

Fast Horse has been retained to develop an overall brand identity for Excelsior & Grand, as well as to assist with creation and execution of all marketing efforts, including consumer public relations and promotions. Fast Horse also will coordinate and assistwith creation of the development’s Web site, www.excelsiorandgrand.com, as well as all sales collateral and marketing communications efforts.
