The Ming Management is a holding company for Calico Brands, the firm that currently occupies one of three buildings at Ontario Ridge Commerce Center. The 228,423-sf building has allowed Calico to expand its business, which involves the import and export of consumer goods. The industrial property, which is located at 2055 S. Haven Ave. in Ontario, is being used for corporate office, warehouse and distribution space.
Ming Management LLC was represented by Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates – Orange Inc. Ron Washle, Mark Kegans and Roger Rhoades of the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis acted on behalf of the seller, Chicago-based Kensington Ridge Ontario I.
Developed by the Long Beach office of Ridge Realty Group, the Ontario Ridge Commerce Center consists of three facilities that total more than one million sf. Kensington Realty Advisors was Ridge Realty's partner on the project, which stands at the southeast corner of Haven Avenue and Mission Boulevard.
