ORANGE, CA-A 228,423-sf industrial building in the Ontario Ridge Commerce Center building has been acquired for $10 million. The buyer, Ontario-based Ming Management LLC, had originally inked a $9-million lease at the industrial facility and is now exercising its option to buy.

The Ming Management is a holding company for Calico Brands, the firm that currently occupies one of three buildings at Ontario Ridge Commerce Center. The 228,423-sf building has allowed Calico to expand its business, which involves the import and export of consumer goods. The industrial property, which is located at 2055 S. Haven Ave. in Ontario, is being used for corporate office, warehouse and distribution space.
