Globix paid Dervent Valley £11.3 million ($16.4 million) to surrender it lease on the entire 181,000-sf building, and it then agreed to take two 15-year leases on 69,000 sf at a combined rent of £1.5 million ($2.3 million) per annum.
Globix still has a second London data centre at Prospect House on New Oxford Street in Midtown.Derwent Valley will now remarket the remaining 112,000 sf at 1 Oliver's yard.
