Lankford May Start 475,000-SF Project This Year

SAN DIEGO-A San Diego developer is planning to break ground later this year on Broadway 655, a 26-story, 475,000-sf office high-rise Downtown.

The building will become Downtown’s first private-sector, Class A office high-rise and mixed-use project to be under construction in more than a decade, according to Robert Lankford, president and CEO of the San Diego-based development company.

The only other class A high-rise to be developed Downtown since 1990 was the San Diego Hall of Justice, an award-winning design/build project that Lankford developed on behalf of San Diego County.
