The building was sold by Ascent Affiliates Inc. Kenneth Jordan and Robert Lange of Robert Skeels & Co. made the purchase. The company is scheduled for an end of May occupancy of its new facility located at 1910 E. Dominguez St., Carson.
The building, occupied by Robert Skeels & Co., is a concrete tilt-up structure with dock-high loading and a large yard area. It features 3000 sf of office space and 21-foot minimum clearance. Approximately 23 people will be employed at the site.
David Grote, a partner in The Klabin Company's Torrance, Calif., office, represented Kenneth Jordan and Robert Lange in their acquisition. Jim Aldrich and Jeff Kernochan of Fischer & Co. represented Ascent Affiliates, Inc., the seller.
