BNFL Moves Offices to Crystal Gateway

ARLINGTON, VA-Nuclear services provider British Nuclear Fuels, Inc. (BNFL) has said goodbye to Fairfax and hello to Arlington in its recent signing of a lease for 18,916 sf in the Crystal Gateway I Building. The company will relocate its US headquarters from 10306 Eaton Place to the Class A office structure at 1235 Jefferson Davis Highway.

Sources familiar with the deal indicate that the company, a government contractor, was eager to move to Fairfax to be in closer proximity to Capitol Hill and its government clientele. The lease is for a 10-year term and BNFL will occupy space on the seventh floor of the 15-story structure. Specific information on the financial terms of the deal was unavailable at press time.
