The timing of the launch is key, according to Nick Brown, president and COO of Select Leaders and COO of Equinox Partners, who points out that the pent-up demand for quality executives is high right now. "There's a lot of dormant demand, a lot of companies that have identified positions they need to fill," says Brown. "But they've put on hold any recruitment activity until they are comfortable with where the economy is going. So, in terms of timing, getting this in place in advance of an economic upturn is to capture that pent-up demand."

Users may view premier job openings across the country as well as post listings themselves. Current opportunities can be found under the Employment Center section along the left frame of any GlobeSt.com page, or by clicking on: Find A Job.

"This collaborative effort is set to position us as the Monster.com of commercial real estate," says Jonathan A. Schein, president and CEO of parent firm Real Estate Media Inc. "The GlobeSt.com Employment Center is one-stop-shopping for the commercial real estate professional--whether they are human resources directors looking to hire or real estate executives looking to advance their careers."

The relationship is one of joint exclusivity, Schein explains. "GlobeSt.com will use only Select Leaders as our job search engine," he states, "and they use us exclusively to promote the job search." All job postings on Select Leaders' site will also be present on GlobeSt.com's Employment Center.

"All of the senior members at Equinox Partners have extensive industry backgrounds," says managing director and CEO of Equinox Partners Tony LoPinto.

This is the third major initiative launched by GlobeSt.com or its parent company within a week. Last week, GlobeSt.com unveiled an informational alliance with Donald J. Trump, wherein the investor/developer would supply MarketData on Manhattan luxury housing for the website's New York City page (click on: GlobeSt.com and Trump Strike MarketData Alliance). Yesterday, Real Estate Media unveiled its Conference Series under the directorship of former Commercial Property News publisher Richard Kelley (click on: Real Estate Media Launches Conference Series; Rich Kelley to Head New Initiative).
