The Kalamazoo property, at 23,230 sf, is located on a strong commercial corridor with close proximity to new Wal-Mart.

The Jackson location is a sprawling 49,400 sf, with exposure in a retail sector across from Meier's retail center on Airport Road, Friedman officials say.

The Port Huron location, at 18,725 sf, is in close proximity to Blue Water Bridge.

Saginaw's location, 35,696 sf, has direct access off I-75 and can be used for industrial/warehouse usage.
