The building, at 1801 California in Corona, is a two-story office with a 3:1 parking ration. It was built in 1999.
Smith & Noble, a mail-order catalogue company that occupied the entire site, sold the building in favor of a larger location in Corona. Collection Recovery Services will take over the entire space over the next several months.
Tim Hawke of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office represented the seller, Smith & Noble, in the transaction. Phil Woodford and Tom Abel of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
