The Mission Viejo shopping complex stands on a 7.21-acre site at 25800 Jeronimo Rd., just east of Alicia Parkway. Encompassing 84,812 sf, it is currently 96% occupied. Tenants here include Frazee Paint & Wallcovering, Kinko's, Hertz Rent-a-Car, Jack In The Box and Papa John's Pizza, as well as automotive care tenants and home improvement retailers.
Jeronimo Business Center was revamped fairly recently, as it underwent a $1.5-million renovation in 1999. All of the complex's nine retail buildings were redeveloped and repositioned as part of the project. In addition, all the building systems were upgraded and a signalized intersection was added on Jeronimo Road.
Ken Barry of CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of both Passco and the seller, Mass Mutual Life Insurance Co.
