CBRE Names Swerdlow Pres. of Global Corp. Services

NEW YORK CITY-Steven A. Swerdlow, a 12-year CBRE veteran, is promoted from Eastern Division head. His new position includes responsibility for all business units within the Corporate Services Group worldwide.

NEW YORK CITY-CB Richard Ellis has promoted Steven A. Swerdlow to the position of president, global corporate Services. CBRE president Brett White revealed the appointment yesterday.

Swerdlow has spent the past 12 years heading up CBRE’s New York office. He previously served is a development officer with Hines Interests, also in New York. In his most recent position as president of the firm’s Eastern Division, Swerdlow oversaw management of 46 offices and was responsible for $400 million in annual revenues.
