"It's a very well located building in Upper Georgetown and we got in at what we feel is an attractive price," Carr Capital's Oliver Carr tells GlobeSt.com. "It's purely an investment property for us." The new owner will have only the most minor upgrades to make as the structure underwent renovation within the last 24 months and remains in very good condition, he says.

Located at 2121 Wisconsin Avenue, Georgetown Center is fully leased and tenants include Georgetown University, WBDC Channel 50 and Henninger Capital. The Woodmark Companies has served as the on-site management and leasing agent for the building where lower-level space goes for about $20 per-sf and upper level spaces for approximately $30 per-sf.
