The six-year-old, class A property sits on a private island on Biscayne Bay and is connected by a bridge to the mainland. Metropolitan properties bought the asset for client MPA Brickell Key LLC.

Holiday Fenoglio Fowler directors Howard Taft (Miami), Bob Herron (Boston) and Mona Carlton (Dallas) brokered the loan.
