The Pasadena Hilton Office Tower is located at 150 South Los Robles Ave in Pasadena, Calif. The California School of Culinary Arts leased the space from the Shidler Group, which currently owns and operates over 4 million sf of commercial property throughout Texas, Arizona, Hawaii and Southern California.
The Pasadena Hilton Office Tower contains 138,790 sf of rentable space. Currently, the office building is 99% occupied. The California School of Culinary Arts, which has various locations around Pasadena, will be using this new space to consolidate its non-cooking courses.
The lessor, The Shidler Group, was represented by Kinden Mitchell and Shaun Stiles of Colliers Seeley. The California School of Culinary Arts represented themselves.
