Prior to joining Max Capital, Westreich was a partner at Westfield Realty, Inc., one of Washington D.C.'s largest private real estate ownership firms. During his tenure at Westfield Mr. Westreich managed the firm's operations, overseeing more than 4 million square feet of office space in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

McLean is a former director at Credit Suisse First Boston. During his tenure at CSFB, he headed the European Real Estate Investment Banking Group in London, raised and acted as the Chief Acquisitions Officer for the Praedium Recovery Fund, and was responsible for equity and distressed debt investments for the Principal Transactions Group.
