Jerome Joins Edens & Avant's Mid-Atlantic Office

BETHESDA, MD-The Washington metro office of Edens & Avant, the prominent SC-based shopping center owner and manager, brings in Numa Jerome as senior retail leasing representative to handle the company’s leasing endeavors in the Mid-Atlantic area. Jerome comes to Edens–which is the largest grocery store-anchored retail center owner in the country– from Federal Realty Investment Trust where he was also a senior leasing associate in charge of developing merchandising projects for high-end strip malls.

“As Senior Retail Leasing Representative, Numa will be responsible for analyzing market needs and assisting national, regional and local retailers with store locations within the Company’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio of Necessity Retail Centers,” Edens vice president of retail leasing Earl C. Kurtz says of the Bethesda office’s newest member. “We are pleased to have Numa and the market expertise he brings to the Company as we continue to expand our presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.”
