The building, which encompasses 36,000 sf, is located at 26181 Avenida Aeropuerto. It stands on a 3.2-acre parcel in the San Juan Capistrano Business Park. The facility is currently leased by United Rental with 18,000 sf; a classic automobile showroom with 8,000; Indian Motorcycles with 6,000 sf; and Enterprise Rent-a-Car with 4,000 sf.

Industrial buildings in the small to mid-sized range, such as the recently acquired San Juan Capistrano facility, continue to be the biggest sellers in the Orange County region. This type of product is attracting more buyers, as interest in the large R&D-flex market has started to wane.
