Johnny Carino's Coming to North Florida

ORLANDO-Fired Up Inc. of Austin, TX has signed a contract with New York-based T.L. Cannon Management Corp. and TLC South LLC to develop an undetermined number of Italian-styled restaurants in north Florida communities where barbecued dinners are usually king.

Fired-Up chairman Norman Abdallah didn’t disclose terms of the contract, specific locations, development costs, seating capacity or funding in a prepared statement. Abdallah and Cannon officials couldn’t be reached at GlobeSt.com’s publication deadline.

Cannon and TLC own and operate 42 Applebee’s restaurants in New York and Connecticut. The statement says Cannon/TLC is the 59th largest franchise operator in the United States.
