Madison Marquette Forms JV With HGCD

MINNEAPOLIS-The new venture offering high-end retail brokerage services will expand Madison Marquette's tenant and property owner representation activities into such markets as San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chicago.

MINNEAPOLIS-Madison Marquette has formed a joint venture with HGCD Retail Services, a New York retail brokerage company. The new joint venture, Madison HGCD, will offer high-end retail brokerage services in New York and other major American urban markets.

Minneapolis-based Madison Marquette’s tenant and property owner representation services should benefit from the new venture, according to Greg Karlen, president of Madison Marquette.

“Combining the strength of HGCD’s elite retail agents with Madison Marquette’s national reach and reputation provides the retail industry with a brokerage forceunmatched anywhere,” he says.
