The private money alternative lender, which specializes in commercial real estate loans, has inked a five-year lease with one option to renew for five years. It will join current occupants Picerne Financial, the Delta Group and Anderson Jones at the two-building complex, which was completed in 2001. Point Center Financial will occupy almost the entire first floor of the complex's 23,809-sf facility at 30900 Rancho Viejo Rd. The complex's other building encompasses nearly 26,000 sf and is around 100% leased.

Point Center Financial was represented by Dave Travis of Voit Commercial Brokerage. Greg Puccinelli of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office acted on behalf of the landlord, Marbella Commerce Center.
